1. Services Provided

Mr. Solar Clean, LLC provides professional residential and commercial solar panel cleaning, inspection, and ground-array vegetation management.

2. Access to Property

By approving an estimate or scheduling service, the client grants Mr. Solar Clean, LLC technicians full access to the property, including necessary access to exterior water spigots, unlocked gates, and the roof or ground array area.

3. Water Source

Our advanced pure-water filtration systems require access to an on-site, working outdoor water spigot provided by the property owner or manager.

4. Liability & Pre-Existing Conditions

While our technicians are strictly OSHA-trained and safety-certified, Mr. Solar Clean, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to solar panels, cracked tiles, faulty electrical wiring, or roof leaks. A brief pre-service inspection will be conducted, and any notable pre-existing issues will be documented before work begins.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless commercial net-terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand. Late payments may be subject to standard processing fees.
